Love me some collard greens!! The first time I made these for my family, my son, who was 1.5 at the time, went for these things first and scarfed them up! These are great sauteed with bacon, garlic, and avocado oil (all our leafy greens are good this way). While most people cook these, they can also be eaten raw in a salad. Just chop and eat!
How To Store
Store in a produce bag in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. It will stay crisp for about 3 days. It will be edible for 7 days but will limp over time.
