Joi Choi is an Asian green. It is very similar to Pac Choi and Bok Choy. It is delectable in any Asian dish. We did make an Asian salad with it where we ate it raw. It was not bad but it does have a thicker texture to it. I recommend cooking it.
How To Store
Store in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. It is still good to cook even if it has wilted a bit.
