Golden Glow Smoothie
We LOVE smoothies for breakfast.
They are fast and easy!
And you can pack in a whole bunch of stuff you're kids won't generally eat.
We now have smoothies 5 days a week!

Golden Glow Smoothie: (Adapted from Real Plans)
2 frozen bananas
8 ounces full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup protein powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
2 cups frozen mangoes
Maple syrup to taste
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth!
